The Dream Machine. This is my bike.
The first week I was here I wandered around down streets near my flat, and got taxis or buses if I needed to get further afield. I ended up with a strange disjointed understanding of where places were in the city, and how far away they were. Also it took ages: the traffic here is really bad.
Then I got the bike, and the city started slotting into place.
Yey! Bikes!

Hello. I'm Betsy and I lived in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China, for the six months between February and July 2013.

This is a collection of stuff I saw, things I did, and biscuits I ate.
